Kengeri is a lush foliage pattern with artwork inspired by traditional Bhil tribal art. The pattern name comes from a Bangalore neighborhood known as a serene haven for birdwatchers and nature lovers. Kengeri originates from Seema’s interactions with Bhil artists. Bhils are an agricultural tribal community in India; their art is intuitive and derives from their strong ties to nature.
